Lena is quite literally the angel I was in desperate need of who was sent to me for my at-home postpartum wound care. I had a horribly traumatic labor and delivery experience that only went further South after giving birth. My emergency C-section incision became infected, and after round two of a week plus admission in the hospital, I was finally discharged with a referral for a home-care nurse. When she visits, I know that I will be okay for the next few days. She comes right on in and upstairs to me, completely comfortable in the messy, crazy environment of my home (with a 100 lbs plus dog, a newborn crying, two teenage girls creating drama and havoc). I am so blessed to have Lena as my home-care nurse. She will forever have a special place in my heart for the wonderful care and support she has provided me.
