Faith Medical Services was established in 2001 by Paul, who founded the company out of a deep desire to address the growing needs in the healthcare industry. As a person of faith with a vision to extend his spirit of hospitality, Paul incorporated the company to provide exceptional care and support to those in need.
With over 50 years of combined experience, Faith Medical Services and its dedicated team serve families across more than 40 counties in Georgia. Our nurses, many with over 30 years of experience, ensure that the highest standards of care are met. Nyasha Conner, Manager
Nyasha Conner has over 8 years of experience in the homecare industry. She began her career as a caregiver in group homes for adults with intellectual disabilities while pursuing her education at Georgia State University. Her expertise includes Medicaid waivers, VA, and worker’s compensation payers. She specializes in compliance, business development, and operational excellence, believing these are essential for outstanding results. Outside of work, Nyasha prioritizes her family, cherishing quality time with her loved ones. She enjoys traveling, painting, and cooking, finding fulfillment and creative expression in these hobbies.
Sharon Crowder, DON
Sharon is an RN with a passion for wound care, IV therapy, and disease management. With 30 years of nursing experience—17 years as an LPN and 13 as an RN—she has developed strong skills and a proven track record as both a caregiver and patient advocate. Sharon believes in forging bonds with her patients to ensure successful outcomes. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with family. One of her favorite quotes is, “Always stay true to yourself and never let what somebody else says distract you from your goals.”
Marissa Allen, DON
Marissa Allen is the Director of Nursing at Faith Medical. Originally from North Carolina, she has been a Registered Nurse for seven years. Her diverse experience includes travel nursing, earning a Master of Science in Clinical Informatics, and facilitating CPR courses to maintain emergency response skills.
In her free time, Marissa enjoys cooking from scratch, engaging in nature activities, and watching movies. Her passion for nursing stems from an innate desire to help others and a natural ability to show compassion. Nursing is not just her profession; it’s her calling.
Diane Moore, HR Manager
Diane has dedicated over 40 years to the healthcare field, beginning her career at the age of 16 as a CNA. Her passion for caring for the sick has driven her to work in various settings, including home care, hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice, handling both Medicare and Medicaid patients. Throughout her career, Diane has held numerous roles such as Payroll, Staffing, HR, Intake, Assistant Administrator, Case Manager, and Social Services.
Outside of work, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. Her favorite quote, which resonates deeply with her, is from Maya Angelou: “Success is liking yourself, liking what you do, and liking how you do it.”
Kalena Kelso, LPN/Case Manager
Kalena has worked in different areas of the healthcare field for 20 years, but I’ve been a nurse for 11 years. She loves taking care of and helping others. In her own words, “I am a mother of two, a teen and a toddler, who bring me great joy, and keep me going. I enjoy creating memories with my children and spending quality time with them. I also enjoy writing, watching movies, series, and documentaries, learning new things, and growing spiritually, personally, and professionally.”
Lena Gorman, LPN/Case Manager
Lena has been in the medical field for over 38 years, starting as a CNA before becoming an LPN in 2011. She is passionate about helping and caring for others, believing it to be a gift from God. Originally from Louisiana, Lena enjoys exploring Georgia and visits her family and friends back home once a year. In her own words, “I’m a mom of 2 and a grandma of 3 with a host of “MommaLena” children and a pet mom to my dog Faith. I enjoy going to church, my faith is very important to me.” In her free time, Lena loves cooking, often experimenting with and personalizing recipes.
David Townsend, Billing Coordinator
David has been in the medical field for over 10 years. In his own words, “My purpose in the medical field is to educate what people don’t know. I want my clients to get the best beneficial information and service out there. If I do not know the answer, I will find out the answer. Knowledge is key as well as servicing the community.”
Alisabeth Marquez, DDP
Alisabeth has been dedicated to the healthcare field since high school. She worked with multiple non-profit agencies during her undergraduate years, earning her BSPH in 2018. Shortly after, she became a DSP while pursuing her Master of Public Health, where she developed a passion for working with the IDD population. She then served as a group home manager for a few years before joining Faith Medical Services in 2021 after completing her MPH.
Alisabeth is a devoted mother of one and an aunt to six. Guided by her faith, she regularly works with her church’s youth and young adults, hosting health fairs, workshops, and tutoring sessions. Her favorite pastime is brainstorming innovative solutions to problems.
Erica Gardner, Case Manager
Since 2005, Erica has been a dedicated healthcare worker, starting in the residential care field, which fostered a deep passion for supporting mentally and medically fragile individuals. An avid reader and nature enthusiast, Erica also enjoys motivating others to become the best version of themselves.
Montavious Coggins
Montavious Coggins is a dedicated Payroll Administrator with two years of experience in payroll management within the healthcare sector. Known for his innovative problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and creativity, Montavious excels at finding effective solutions and leading teams to success.
Outside of his professional life, Montavious enjoys hiking, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with his family. As a firm believer in lifelong learning, Montavious is guided by the principle, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts.” This mindset drives his continuous pursuit of excellence and personal growth.
