Housekeeping Tasks

• Vacuum, sweep, dust, or mop
• Doing laundry
• Change linens and clean client's room
• Defrost refrigerator
• Clean range

Home Management

• Grocery Shopping
• Assist with food stamps and other application process
• Assist with paying bills
• Assist with medical appointment scheduling

Ambulation and Transfer

• Assist in and out of bed/wheelchair
• Assist with walking
• Encourage physical activity

Nutrition Needs

• Prepare nutritious meals
• Encourage proper nutrition
• Observe and report meal accumulation
• Wash dishes
• Observe and report food storage or cooking equipment failures

Medical Related Activities

• Observe and report changes in client's condition
• Perform basic first aid in the case of accident or illness
• Remind and assist with self-administration of medicines (CNA)
• Observe and report liquid intake and output
• Arrange and comply with medical appointments
• Pick up prescriptions
• Perform skilled nursing care (RN or LPN only)

Respite Service

• In-Home or Out of Home Respite
• Providing watchful supervision
• Providing temporary alliance

Services rendered by: RN, LPN, CNA’s and Sitters
