HOW AM I INFORMED IF YOUR STAFF IS RUNNING LATE?


Generally, our staff knows our timely commitment to our clients. When our staff is running late due to unforeseen circumstances (public transit delay, weather, and road conditions), our staff coordinators are always alerted to inform our on-call after hours person. We then in turn contact you promptly to let you know the situation and the approximate time when the staff may be at the scheduled locations. For critical staffing needs (like family emergencies), we often send another staff to the location.

WHO SHOULD I SPEAK TO IF THERE IS A CONCERN?


The Staff Coordinators are available during office hours to attend to issues and concerns that you may have. We deal with all concerns diligently. We also respond to all issues within 24 hours except on weekends and public holidays.

PROBLEMS WITH AN EMPLOYEE?


Please do not fret. We have a progressive disciplinary procedure of addressing problematic issues with employees. We give our employees’ opportunity to improve on their performance. However; this will never be to the disadvantage of our valued clients and the people we support. If you strongly feel that you do not want a staff to return to your facility, please let us know. In this case, it will be very helpful to us if we can be given the reason so that we may follow up internally.
